‘Dhool’ remake for Yogish

  • IndiaGlitz, [Saturday,July 25 2009]

Young actor Yogish is taking up one after the other all Dhanush Tamil superstar films in Kannada. Now it is Dhanush ‘Thiruvilayadal Arambham’ remake in Kannada that is titled as ‘Dhool’ (Dhool in Kannada means dust). The height and rugged looks seems to be going easy for Yogish son of TP Siddaraju producer of 2007 mega hit ‘Dhuniya’ Kannada film.

In this ‘Dhool’ (there is a Tamil film in the same title played by Vikram in Dharani direction) son of veteran director MS Rajasekhar – Raghavendra has changed his name to Dharani and this is another copy cat act. Raghavendra alias Dharani explained his position that there were no takers for his three original scripts that forced him to catch up this remake for producer Sunil a realtor.

Asked on the title and subject not synchronizing director Dharani said title is kept for the kick and mass value to the film and has no relevance to the subject.

Aindritha Ray is teamed opposite Yogish and Prakash Raj plays the similar role he had done in Tamil in this Kannada version. I am not against to remake films says Yogish while Aindritha Ray said that remake should be stopped in Karnataka so that everyone will go for original scripts.
